Who We Are

DAP Triad LLC (“DAP Triad,” “we,” or “us") provides this caregiver-support and educational website and application. DAP Triad is designed to help family caregivers find practical guidance, keep private notes, and share simple care updates with the people they trust.

Information We May Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to provide DAP Triad's services. This includes:

• Account information. Your email address and a securely hashed password. You may also add an optional display name.
• Information you voluntarily enter. This includes private Care Notes, care-recipient details, Care Circle names and member roles, invitations, shared Care Handoff updates, and any concerns or feedback you submit through Report a Concern.
• Caregiver or care-recipient information. Any details you choose to enter about the person you care for, such as preferred name, relationship, routines, communication preferences, mobility considerations, and comfort strategies.
• Subscription and payment information. If paid subscriptions become available, payment information will be collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. DAP Triad does not need to store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical information. Standard device and browser information may be collected automatically by our hosting, authentication, and security providers to keep the service running and to help protect your account.
• Analytics information. DAP Triad does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and describe what is collected.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve DAP Triad.
• Provide account and subscription services.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and enforce our Terms of Use.

Payment Information

DAP Triad does not currently collect payments. If paid subscriptions are enabled in the future, payment processing will be handled by a third-party payment processor. DAP Triad does not store full payment-card numbers. Any billing details will be subject to the payment processor's privacy and security practices.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website and application, such as hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and payment processing services. These providers are only allowed to use your information to perform services for DAP Triad and are required to protect it.

Care Circle updates are shared only with the approved members of that specific Care Circle. Private Care Notes are not automatically shared with your Care Circle or with other users.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including access controls, encryption in transit, and database security rules. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security or confidentiality. Please use a strong password and keep your sign-in information private.

Cookies and Analytics

DAP Triad does not currently use cookies or analytics tools to track your browsing across other websites. Our authentication provider uses browser storage to keep you signed in. If we begin using cookies or analytics, we will update this policy and explain what is collected.

User Choices and Account Deletion

You can review, edit, or delete the information you enter into DAP Triad at any time. You can also permanently delete your DAP Triad account from the Account page. Account deletion removes your private Care Notes, care-recipient details, Care Circle membership, and any Care Circle you own, along with its shared updates. Some records may be kept briefly in secure backups, or longer where required by law.

Children's Privacy

DAP Triad is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Medical and Health Information

DAP Triad provides general caregiver education and support. It is not a healthcare provider, and it is not a medical record system.

Please do not enter unnecessary sensitive medical information into free-text fields. DAP Triad does not request or collect diagnoses, Social Security numbers, insurance information, medical-record numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account details. If you have questions about medical care, contact a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service.

HIPAA Notice

DAP Triad is not a HIPAA-covered entity or business associate, and we do not represent that DAP Triad is HIPAA compliant. If you need a HIPAA-compliant medical record system, please use a service specifically designed for that purpose.

Third-Party Services

DAP Triad uses the following categories of third-party services to operate the website and application:

• Hosting, database, and authentication services provided through Lovable Cloud.
• Email delivery services for account and invitation messages.
• Optional social sign-in providers, such as Google OAuth, if you choose to use them.
• Internal content-concern categorization to help organize feedback submitted through Report a Concern. This is used only for triage and does not make medical decisions or change DAP Triad content on its own.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
