What DAP Triad is

DAP Triad is a caregiver education, support, and organization tool. It is not a medical provider, a medical diagnosis service, a nursing service, or an emergency service. It does not replace professional medical advice, care, or emergency help.

In an emergency

If someone is badly hurt, unresponsive, having trouble breathing, or showing possible stroke signs, call 911 right away. Do not use DAP Triad instead of emergency help.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and use DAP Triad for your own caregiving.
• Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity in your account.
• Only invite people into your Care Circle if the person you care for would be comfortable with them seeing shared care updates.
• Do not enter Social Security numbers, insurance numbers, medical record numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial details.

Content

DAP Triad's guidance is general educational information written for families. It may not fit your situation. Always follow the instructions of the care team that knows the person you care for. If you believe something in DAP Triad is wrong or unclear, please use Report a Concern.

Subscription

A paid DAP Triad subscription of $9.99 per month is planned. Paid billing is not active yet, and no payment is collected today. If billing begins, the price and terms will be shown before you are charged.

Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. DAP Triad may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Limits

DAP Triad is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, DAP Triad is not liable for decisions made based on the educational information it provides.
